At the Annual General Meeting held in Nizhniy Novgorod on the June 11, 2009 the shareholders of the Open JSC "International Airport of Nizhny Novgorod" decided to pay a dividend of Russian Ruble (RUR) 7.3 per share with the nominal value of RUR 812 for FY 2008.
The company said it yesterday. The total amount to be distributed is RUR 700.8 thousand. The owners of the company have also elected the Board of Directors, which included Mr. Valery Shantsev – the Governor of Nizhny Novgorod Region, Mr. Alexander Kryuchkov – the Deputy governor of the region on the Housing and Environment, Mr. Alexander Makarov – the Minister of State property and land resources in the region, Mr. Leonid Litvinenko – the Chief of the State Law Department of Nizhny Novgorod Region and Mr. Valentine Nazaryan – CEO of the Airport.
